Abstract

The business idea is to develop, the establishment of an ice cream shop that manufactures and sells artisanal ice cream made of natural fruit 100% (one hundred percent), using the best raw materials for processing, in order to ensure a natural ice cream meeting high standards of quality and safety. This ice cream parlor is an establishment specifically aimed to children, which will feature a comfortable and adequate facilities, these spaces are decorated with bright colors and cartoons, in order to capture the customer's attention. It will offer a variety of flavors, textures, quality, as well as various ice cream styles (ice cream in the shape of clown, worm, bee, jellyfish, cats, dogs and bears). Also, you will be provided to the small variety of games, nursery rhymes and short stories as your ice cream is ready to eat. As seen children will be offered unconventional ice cream for children, each ice cream will be customized according to customer’s requirements. We use the best raw materials to manufacture the product, to make sure to get a natural cream that meets high standards of quality and safety in order to protect children's health. Similarly, child ice cream parlor offered will be to the payanesa population, an accessible product with a fair price. This is a very innovative business idea, because the presentation of the product is so striking, attracting the customer and making the consumer want to buy and taste it. Similarly, the ice cream will feature a suitable and qualified staff for the preparation and realization of gelato personnel, and these people will be ready to provide quality service to customers. Therefore, what we want to identify with this feasibility study, is whether the product offered for children will be acceptable and feasible in Popayan, also, with this project we seek to establish the behavior of the supply and demand in the city, which will be evidenced by a market study, in addition to the study, which will be our guide for the proper functioning of the project, just to get an estimate of the investment required for this business idea, and finally contribute to optimal development for the city, providing job opportunities in the labor market.
