Abstract
"Actualmente, la Institución Educativa César Negret Velasco ofrece formación integral a
estudiantes de diversos niveles educativos, adaptándose a las transformaciones en las demandas
académicas mediante modificaciones en su infraestructura. Sin embargo, dichos cambios no
siempre han sido reflejados en planos actualizados, dificultando la planificación, gestión y
adecuación eficiente de los espacios. La falta de documentación técnica precisa ha generado
limitaciones en los procesos de mantenimiento, remodelación y cumplimiento de las normativas
de seguridad vigentes. Frente a esta necesidad, el presente proyecto propone la ejecución de un
levantamiento arquitectónico apoyado en herramientas como AutoCAD y Archicad, entre otras,
con el propósito de actualizar la planimetría existente y desarrollar un modelo tridimensional (3D)
de referencia visual. Esta propuesta permitirá optimizar la comprensión de la distribución
espacial, facilitar la organización de futuras intervenciones, mejorar la administración de los
recursos y fortalecer la seguridad de los ambientes educativos. Asimismo, busca fomentar la
adopción de documentación digital accesible y actualizada en las instituciones educativas,
contribuyendo a una mejor gestión y preservación de los entornos escolares."
Description
Currently, the César Negret Velasco Educational Institution provides comprehensive education
to students across various academic levels, adapting to evolving educational demands through
modifications to its infrastructure. However, these changes have not always been reflected in
updated plans, complicating the effective planning, management, and adaptation of its spaces.
The lack of accurate technical documentation has created limitations in maintenance,
remodeling, and compliance with current safety regulations. In response to this need, the present
project proposes the execution of an architectural survey supported by tools such as AutoCAD
and Archicad, among others, with the objective of updating the existing floor plans and
developing a three-dimensional (3D) visual reference model. This initiative aims to optimize the
understanding of spatial distribution, facilitate the organization of future interventions, enhance
resource management, and strengthen the safety of educational environments. Furthermore, it
seeks to promote the adoption of accessible and updated digital documentation within
educational institutions, contributing to improved management and preservation of school
facilities.
