Abstract
The Ministry of Education, trying to change the vision of the technical and technological education in the country, has decided to establish a public policy about it, involving the whole academic community. The training cycles and the competences are becoming a really good alternative for the Ministry of Education, but the conceptual and methodological supports are been analyzed by the participants of this process who are expecting to see their suggestions on the final paper for its developing and application.
