Abstract
El tema central de este trabajo versa sobre la identidad cultural en las organizaciones, específicamente, se propone trabajar un esquema descriptivo al estilo de la etnografía sobre la fiesta de fin de año realizada en diciembre de 2005 con los trabajadores del Colegio Mayor del Cauca. Los estudios sobre identidad son de vieja data, no obstante, la descripción
de las fiestas organizaciones que tienen por finalidad la generación de identidad en las organizaciones es un ejercicio novedoso.
The main topic of this essay deals with the cultural identity in the organizations. Specifically, it has the purpose to work a descriptive schema -as in ethnography- about the End of the Year Party carried out on December 2005 with people who worked in “Colegio Mayor del Cauca”. Studies about identity are old-fashioned; however, the description of the organizations parties that has as a purpose to generate identity inside them is an innovating exercise.
