El emprendimiento tema para reflexionar

Abstract

Debido al desarrollo de la economía mundial, y a los avances tecnológicos mediante los cuales se pretende aumentar la productividad y minimizar los costos reduciendo las plantas de personal con el fin de ser más competitivas, ha obligado a las personas a incursionar en el tema del Emprendimiento con el fin de obtener negocios propios que dependan de ellos exclusivamente y no de un tercero o empleador. Por tal motivo las personas la creación de Unidades de Emprendimiento como la del Colegio Mayor del Cauca tienen por objetivo trabajar en la construcción de una cultura Emprendedora, así como también; estimular y apoyar las actividades relacionadas con el emprendimiento y la creación de empresa por parte de los integrantes de la comunidad académicaBecause of the development of the economics world, and the technological advances by means of which it is pretended to increase the productivity, as well as decrease costs by lowering the staffs, with the purpose of being more competitive, people have been obligated to introduce themselves in the Entrepreneurship topic to facilitate the goal of getting their own businesses which depend mainly on them and not on a third one or employee. For this reason, the Entrepreneurship Units as in El Colegio Mayor del Cauca have been created, with the goal of work in the building of an Entrepreneur culture, plus the stimulation and support of the Entrepreneurship and creation of enterprises related activities by the academic community people.
