Los semilleros de investigación, elemento esencial para el fortalecimiento de la investigación en la educación superior

Abstract

La educación se cimenta hoy en día en la formación de jóvenes investigadores, dando paso a la creación de semilleros de investigación, una fuerza que a través del tiempo se ha fortalecido y hoy cobra vida en los sistemas de Investigación de las IES. Entonces aparecen sobre el escenario curricular la investigación formativa y, algo más complejo, la formación investigativa como una dinámica extracurricular. En los planes de estudios de los diferentes programas acadé­micos de las IES se incluye la investigación formativa de manera transversal, generando espacios favorables para los semilleros de investigación conformados por estudiantes y dirigidos por un docente tutor, que logran crear conjuntamente procesos de aprendizaje en torno a un tema de investigación. Para el grupo de Investigación Historeo de la Institución Uníversitaria Colegio Mayor del Cauca, durante el transcurso de los últimos cuatro años ha sido una experiencia significativa el poder desarrollar un trabajo conjunto con el semillero de Investigación Semilla Empresarial. Los semilleros de investigación deben ser una propuesta de formación a largo plazo para las instituciones, con recursos que apalanquen sus iniciativas, del cual se genere talento humano precalificado en investigación.

In the currículo of the different academic programs of the IES, the educative research is included as a transversal form that generates favorable spaces to the nurseries lhat are formed by the students and managed by a tutor, who get to create learning processes around a research topic. During !he last tour years, to the research group Historeo, in the institución Universitaria Colegio Mayor del Cauca·, work and develop a joint work with the nursery semilla Empresarial" has been a significant experience. Nurseries must be a longterm educative proposal to the institutions, getting and generating resources that purchase their initiatives, which make a prequalified human talent in research.
