Abstract
La era del conocimiento será el nuevo paradigma del mundo moderno, en donde las organizaciones generarán valor a sus clientes, en la medida que se encuentren mejor informadas, desarrollen técnicas de aprendizaje, mantengan estructuras flexibles, y proyecten un verdadero enfoque de la Calidad. Lo anterior con la finalidad de obtener y sostener una nueva ventaja competitiva en las empresas, y al mismo tiempo mantener contentos a sus clientes.
The knowledge era will be the new paradigm of modern life. Organizations will be of value to their clients as long as they are well informed; they develop learning techniques, keep flexible structures and project a real concept of quality. They will carry out all the above with the objective of obtaining the new competitive benefits of their enterprises as well as keeping all their customers satisfied.
