Grupo de investigación y desarrollo en informática del Colegio Mayor del Cauca

Abstract

Para el fortalecimiento de la investigación en la Facultad de Ingeniería, se ha creado el Grupo de Investigación y Desarrollo en Informática, el cual ha definido como su área de acción los temas relacionados con este campo de conocimiento. En el artículo se exponen los aspectos generales que influyeron en la selección de la Informática como núcleo fundante del grupo de investigación.With the aim of reinforcing research in the School of Engineering, the Group of Research and Development of Data Processing was created. The chosen topics to work with within the group are all related to this field of knowledge. In this article the general aspects that influenced the selection of data processing as the main core of the research group are described.
