Abstract
Hablar de competencias implica referirse a esos conocimientos previos de experiencias de vida formadora. Esas experiencias involucran no solo el aspecto cognitivo sino también y de manera especial la interrelación con las personas que han hecho transito en nuestro viaje de desempeño par· ticular. Como seres sociales entonces debemos de· mostrar cuan competentes somos, lo cual se logra con una adecuada aplicación de las competen· cias adquiridas en cada proceso de formación. En el campo de la docencia, el resultado final se evidencia cuando nuestros estudiantes apro· piándose de lo conceptual desarrollan fortalezas humanas, que les facilitan un desenvolvimiento in· fegro en un espacio de acción determinado.
